FB50 PROJECT
LINE

By Ferry Brouwer

I have started my FB50 project to make a exact replica of the Yamaha RF302. The front and rear suspension is ready, we built the frame, tank etc, and I am making the drawings for the brakes so we can make the casting moulds etc. The difficult part will be the engine.

Project of FB50 is making nice progress, you can see we have completed the brakes and brake plates , handelbars complete, radiator etc. We have now started on mahining engine parts, so everything is nicely on schedule. I think it would be fanstastic if we could show this machine.

We have also already manufacturered several engine parts, such as for instance clutchcover.

Some photo's of the progress we have made regarding the FB50 engine. Virtually all parts are ready now, which means that we have started carefully to built up the enigine. Of course we are still finding several things we have to modify. Hopefully the machine could be ready sometime in june, this year.

Surely the FB50 will be complete and running, as you can see from the photo's there is not so much work to do anymore.
